Day 1. Chandigarh (400 m above sea level)
Arrival in Chandigarh. Transfer from the airport to the hotel. In the afternoon, we will meet in the hotel lobby, receive our motorcycles, and head out for dinner to sample the local cuisine.
After dinner, an optional short walk around some of the city's landmarks is available for those interested.

Day 2. Chandigarh – Manali (1 950 m above sea level), 250 km
Today, we embark on a journey to Manali, known as the gateway to the Himalayas.

Day 3. Manali – Keylong (3 080 m above sea level), 70 km
From this day onward, our route takes us through mountainous terrain, gradually unveiling the breathtaking beauty of the Himalayas. Along the way, we’ll start sampling the legendary masala tea, each place offering its unique recipe.
We will ride through the longest tunnel in India, situated at an altitude of over 3 000 meters and stretching more than 9 kilometers. Previously, this route passed through the treacherous Rohtang Pass, but the tunnel has shortened the journey by 50 km.
We’ll arrive in Keylong around midday—perfect timing to savor the famous Tibetan momos at cozy, authentic cafes in this high-altitude village.

Day 4. Keylong (3 080 m above sea level), Rest Day, 0 km
Today is an acclimatization day. We’ll take a short hike to a Buddhist temple, enjoy stunning views along the way, and immerse ourselves in the serene atmosphere of Tibetan monks. We’ll also visit the Lahaul and Spiti Tribal Museum and take a trip to the nearby village of Udaipur for some tea.

Day 5. Keylong – Sarchu (4 300 m above sea level), 110 km
These 110 km will be some of the most scenic mountain roads you’ll ever ride. We’ll cross our first major pass, Baralacha La (4 890 m), encountering sections of dirt roads and countless switchbacks.
Our overnight stop in Sarchu will be in a unique tented camp at 4 300 meters, nestled next to a picturesque canyon.

Day 6. Sarchu – Tso Kar (4 500 m above sea level), 150 km
This will be the most challenging day of our journey. We’ll ride through the stunning and mysterious region of Ladakh, spending the entire day at altitudes above 4 000 meters. Gravel mountain switchbacks and narrow roads carved into cliffs will leave a lasting impression.
Along the way, we’ll visit one of Ladakh's most renowned monasteries—Hemis Gompa.

Day 7. Tso Kar – Leh (3 500 m above sea level), 150 km
The road from Tso Kar to Leh is a breathtaking journey through the high-altitude deserts and plains of the More Plains. Today, we will cross two major passes: Lachung La (5 079 m) and Taglang La (5 328 m). If the weather permits, we’ll stop at the highest-altitude café in India for a quick snack.
Starting from the picturesque Tso Kar Lake, the route traverses rugged landscapes and some of the world’s highest passes, offering unforgettable views. After the passes, the road descends into the green valleys of Ladakh, dotted with Tibetan villages and monasteries. The day ends in Leh, the capital of the region, which blends unique culture with stunning mountain vistas.

Day 8. Leh, Rest Day (3 500 m above sea level), 0 km
A well-deserved rest day after a challenging ride and an opportunity to explore the treasures of Tibet. Leh, the capital of the former Kingdom of Ladakh, is a place where the ancient world comes to life. Highlights include the 17th-century Leh Palace, the bustling local market, and ancient Buddhist temples.

Day 9. Leh – Kargil (2 676 m above sea level), 230 km
Today, we ride to Kargil, the second-largest town in Ladakh after Leh. Located near the Line of Control with Pakistan, this leg of the journey offers a smooth asphalt road and, of course, plenty of thrilling switchbacks.
On the way, we’ll stop at the historic Gurdwara Pathar Sahib, built in 1517, and pass by the famous Magnetic Hill to test whether vehicles really roll uphill here with the engine off. Expect plenty of photo stops at breathtaking spots along the route.

Day 10. Kargil – Padum (3 669 m above sea level), 180 km
The road from Kargil to Padum in Zanskar is a visual feast of dramatic mountain landscapes. The journey starts with narrow gorges, rushing rivers, and scenic mountain passes, offering unparalleled views of the rugged Himalayan terrain.
The highlight of the day is Pensi La Pass (4 400 m), which offers panoramic views of the Drang-Drung Glacier. After the pass, the road descends into the tranquil Zanskar Valley, home to traditional villages and Buddhist monasteries. The day ends in Padum, the cultural heart of the region, surrounded by towering peaks and the serene Zanskar River.

Day 11. Padum – Darcha (3 360 m above sea level), 180 km
Today, it’s back to the mountains, gorges, and masala chai. In 2024, a new road was completed between Padum and Darcha (replacing the old, rough dirt track), allowing us to reconnect with the main highway. We’ll end the day in Darcha for an overnight stop.

Day 12. Darcha – Manali (1 800 m above sea level), 100 km
The road from Darcha to Manali takes us through the Baralacha La Pass (4 890 m), Suraj Tal Lake, and the lush valleys of Lahaul, adorned with waterfalls and glaciers.
The route includes the Atal Tunnel, connecting the valley to Manali—a mountain resort where nature meets comfort. This road perfectly blends adventure and beauty, making it a fitting conclusion to the journey.

Day 13. Manali – Departure
Return home after an unforgettable adventure.
